The unruly boss Popcaan released his album called YIY Change Fixtape on Aug 7th which has rapidly climbed the charts across the globe!

Superseding the legendary Bob Marley and ranking #1 reggae album on iTunes, the 19 track compilation hit the ground heavy featuring an all star guest list of artists.

The list consists of collabs with Drake, French Montana, PARTYNEXTDOOR, Dane Ray, Stylo G, Masicka, Tommy Lee Sparta, Frahcess One, Jada Kingdom and Preme. The Fixtape album was curated by Creep and Travis Chromatic, and executively produced by Creep and Unruly Entertainment.

The dancehall OVO artist is a protégé of Vybz Kartel and without a doubt has paved his own way in the music industry making hits on top of hits.

The Fixtape album is available on all streaming platforms.

The anticipation was high for the clock to strike 12am today as July 31st is the official release date of Dexta Daps' new album Vent on all digital platforms.

A complete album world premiere was hosted on the Dexta Daps YouTube channel by Firistic Steenie who played all the tracks from the new album.

The 16 track compilation consists of collaborations with Beenie Man, Friyie, Spice, Ikaya, Tarrus Riley, Chronic Law, Blakkman and Angel Doolas.

On this album Dexta dabbled on the production side and produced some of the tracks.  The album shows the artist's diversity with some tracks that have heavy ear catching guitar and piano instrumentals that places him in a totally different genre of music that can definitely cross over.

As always the 'Owner' couldn't have an album without appeasing to the ladies with his soothing and seductive voice playing a key role on some wicked riddims!!  Whether it was a ladies song or a badman tune his choice of wordplay is pleasant to the ear.

His song "Most Wanted" was ever so touching as it can relate to the recent chain of events earlier this year.  In April, Daps was taken in police custody in an accusation of connection with ongoing investigations into shooting and gang activities in the Southern St. Andrew area. He was later released and free of all accusations.

Overall the album have ah buzz!!! Job well done Mr. Daps!!!
